Allan is survived by his mother, Mrs. Marian Katumba Wasula, his two children, 13-year-old Rhaesha Nkoba and 6 months old Ethan Allan Nkoba and, several paternal and maternal cousins, aunts and uncles.
Allan was such an amazing human being. He was a beautiful soul with a light-hearted spirit and an immeasurable sense of humor. He loved music, and jokes and brought so much laughter and joy to so many. His friends and family called him, “Ice”, “Balafu”, “Rasta Man” …. You could simply never be angry at the man.
Allan was very respectful, hardworking and a great father. He truly loved his children Ethan and Rhaesha and spent time with them. To Rhaesha he was "Dada”. He taught her that “God can never give you more than you can handle”.
He will be missed by all especially his family, friends, co-workers, and the entire community.
May his soul rest in eternal peace,
