Of Waltham, passed away peacefully Friday evening October 5th, 2012 in the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston after a very brief illness at the age of 69.
Born on June 14, 1943 in Waltham, beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Helene (Browning) Vaglica, Jane was a lifelong Waltham resident.
Jane attended Saint Joseph and Saint Mary's grammar schools before graduating from Waltham High School. She was employed as a Receptionist with the Puritan Dress Company and Grover Cronin's Department Store in Waltham for many years.
In her spare time loved dancing and enjoyed listening to music.
She is survived by her loving son James Zornes of Waltham and her dear siblings Judith A. Wiencis of Waltham and Helen Louise Applegate of New Jersey. In addition she is survived by 2 nephews.
She was predeceased by a nephew.
Relatives & Friends are respectfully invited to attend Visiting Hours in the Brasco & Sons Memorial Chapels, 773 Moody Street, WALTHAM on Tuesday Oct. 9th from 5 - 8 p.m. with a Prayer Service in celebration of Jane's Life at 7:30 p.m. Interment will be held at Mount Feake Cemetery, 203 Prospect Street in Waltham on Wednesday Oct. 10th at 10:00 a.m.
