Kevin Whooley
Of Everett passed away, Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at the Winchester Hospital. He was 74.
Born and raised in Lisheen, Skibbereen, County Cork, Ireland to the late Patrick and Anne Whooley, he moved to Everett as young man. Mr. Whooley spent the last five years in Medford.

After moving to the United States, Kevin served honorably in the United States Army, during the Vietnam War, while stationed in Germany. He became a United States citizen in 1971.
Kevin was a hard worker and had many jobs over his lifetime. He mostly worked as a laborer for construction companies. He also worked as a taxi driver for several years.
In his spare time he enjoyed listening to music, being with his family, especially for holidays, and was deeply religious.
He was the beloved husband of the late Barbara Luzzi Whooley, who passed away just a week before him. Brother of the late Mary Darling and Patrick "Junior" Whooley.
Kevin is survived by his loving sister Anne Horkan and her husband Martin of Peabody, and devoted brother Emmet Whooley and his wife Celia of Ireland. He was also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Funeral Service in celebration of Kevin's life at the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons, 773 Moody St., Waltham, Monday at 11 a.m. Interment will be Private. Visiting hours will be held prior to the service from 10 - 11 a.m. Parking attendants will be on duty.
