In Loving Memory of David Regan

Of Waltham, passed away peacefully in his home on November 9, 2023 at age 64.

A lifelong resident of Waltham, David was the beloved son of Phyllis (Lopez) Regan and the late James E. "Jim" Regan. David was the current President of Regan Management LLC in which he followed in his father's footsteps, owning and managing the family business of rental properties. Real estate management was not just a profession for David, it was a personal passion to provide homes for hundreds of Waltham residents and surrounding communities.

David was a proud graduate of Waltham High School where he excelled in running and skiing, two sports he was still actively participating in at the time of his death. Additionally, David enjoyed boating and water skiing at his family's summer home on John's Pond in Mashpee, MA. David was known as a kind and compassionate family member and friend who was always willing to lend a hand on a moment's notice.

In addition to his mother, David leaves behind his cherished siblings James E. "Jamie" Regan Ill of Mashpee, Kimberly Regan of Eldorado Springs, CO and Timothy Regan and his wife Deborah of Bedford. He was the proud uncle of Katelynn, Sarah, Elizabeth and Timothy Regan and adored great-uncle of Isabel and Madelynn Regan. He was also predeceased by his nephew James E. "Jake" Regan IV of Mashpee. David is survived by his longtime companion Anne of Lexington, his beloved dog "Dok" and his many devoted friends and the staff of Regan Management of Waltham.

Those who wish to pay respects to David and his family can do so in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons Memorial, 773 Moody Street, Waltham on Monday, November 20th prior to the Funeral Service from 9 AM until 11 AM. Family and friends are welcome to gather and celebrate David's life and friendship he shared with others at the conclusion of visiting hours for a Funeral Service in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons on Monday at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Mount Feake Cemetery in Waltham.


In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Waltham Boys and Girl's Club or the Waltham Lions Club.
