Obituary for Neal Lewis Parker Sr.
Neal Lewis Parker, Sr., 73 of Peabody, formerly of Waltham passed away suddenly on Thursday, May 11th, 2023 at Newton- Wellesley Hospital
Born Sunday, April 16, 1950, to the late Herman J. Parker and Eleanor L. (Lacroix)in Newton, MA.
After attending Newton North High School, he went on to join the United States Marine Corps.
Neal became a lifelong resident of Waltham, MA where he worked for Quirk Tire and Belmont Springs.
He also worked as a greenskeeper for Charles River Country Club in Newton. Neal enjoyed bowling, golfing with his friends and relatives, and playing men's softball for Main St. Auto in Waltham.
Neal is survived by his two daughters, Jessica Cuddy, and Kelly Parker, 5 grandchildren, Alexander Cuddy, Brian Brabant Jr, Joseph Cardona, Madison Elliott, and Max Valdanbrini and 1 great grandchild Alexander Cuddy Jr. He is also survived by his 7 siblings Louise Gray, Shirley Martin, Fran Parker, Gail Daly, Frank Parker Sr, Glen Parker, and Ronald Parker.
Neal is predeceased by his son Neal L. Parker Jr. and his parents, Herman J., and Eleanor L. Parker (LaCroix).
At this time Neal’s family will be honoring his wishes by celebrating his life privately. In Neal’s loving memory, Memorial Donations may be made to The American Heart Association of Massachusetts.
