Obituary for Victoria Marie Huff

Victoria Marie Huff passed away peacefully on Monday, December 5th after a courageous battle with heart disease.

She is survived by her parents Annmarie Riscolo Huff and John Lawrence Huff, of Waltham, her siblings Samantha Nicole Huff, of Conway, SC and Alexander Lane Huff of Waltham, Ma. She is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, as well as friends that became family. She is preceded in Death by her maternal grandparents Gregorio and Maria Riscolo and paternal grandparents Albion and Barbara Huff.

Victoria was born on February 27, 1993, to Annmarie and John Huff at Winchester Hospital. She attended Banks Elementary School and Northeast Elementary School in Waltham and Learning Prep Middle and High School in Newton. She had internships at Newton Wellesley Hospital and Boston City Hall. She completed a certificate program at Middlesex Community College.

Victoria’s passions included that of art, creating, and music. These began at an early age, when she could be found drawing or making something, even if it was a sandcastle during tee ball. Her love of art grew to creating décor items with toys, letters, jewelry, wood, and anything she could get her hands on. She started her own business of making items for craft fairs and family members: Designs by Victoria.

Her other passion was her Disney collections. Victoria was very particular about her collections. She didn’t believe in keeping her collections in boxes, she took them out to display and enjoy.

Victoria’s love transformed the lives of everyone she encountered. Her compassion could be found even when she was in pain. She had a remarkable ability to connect with people, share herself and evoke that same spirit of love in each person she knew.

Those who wish to pay their respects to Victoria and her family can do so at the Brasco & Sons Memorial Funeral Home, 773 Moody Street, WALTHAM prior to the Funeral Mass on Friday, December 9th from 3PM until 7PM.
