Carolyn “Bunny” (Newhall ) Guidaboni 78, of Somerset, Massachusetts passed away peacefully Tuesday with her family by her side after a brief illness.
Born in Waltham, Massachusetts where she lived for a period of time before moving to Plymouth, where she married and raised her family, later moving to Somerset. After graduating High School, she went on to The Chandler School for Women where she received a degree in business. She had worked for many years as a Pharmacy Assistant prior to her retirement.
Carolyn most enjoyed time spent with her friends at Kennedy Terrace where she lived, and her cats in addition to her Boston Sports teams, puzzling and traveling the New England Coastal locations, especially in Maine. Carolyn was the daughter of the late Fred C. & Ingrid (Whittier) Newhall and the former wife of the late Mel Guidaboni.
Carolyn is survived by her son Paul Guidaboni of Melrose, Mrs. Donna Guidaboni -Thompson and her husband Sean of Plymouth, her granddaughter Olivia Thompson of Plymouth, and her sister Martha Brown of Waldoboro, Maine. In addition, she leaves several Nieces & Nephews. Carolyn will be missed by all who were blessed to have known her.
A Funeral Service in Celebration of Carolyn’s life will be held privately in The Mary Catherine Chapel of the Brasco & Sons Memorial, 773 Moody Street, Waltham. The family would like to thank everyone for their kind thoughts, words of comfort, and for respecting their privacy during the Celebration of Carolyn's Life. Interment will be private.
