Obituary for Luis Alberto Morales Olivero
Luis Alberto Morales Olivero, 60 of Watertown, MA passed away suddenly on Tuesday, November 01, 2022.
Born Saturday February 10th 1962 in Santiago, Chile to Rodolfo L. Morales Valenzuela and Berta B. Olivero Penaloza.
As a father, son, brother and friend Luis’s love for family and zest for life will live on in our hearts forever.
Thank you all for coming, I’ll try and keep this brief. It was great to see a lot of the people my
father had an impact on. My father was not a perfect man, he had flaws, despite that I still
feel grateful and fortunate to have had him as my father. He always made sure to let me know
that he loved me and that he was proud. That’s all you can really ask of a father. And he proved it
by always making efforts to support me and my passions. He provided me with tools that had a
profound impact on my life. My father is one of the reasons why I love movies so much. It’s how
he and I bonded. It saddens me that he won’t be around to see what I hope to accomplish, that he
won’t see all of his children together under one roof and that he won’t be around to see my
brother grow into the wonderful person I know he will be. We must be grateful for the good
times we did have with him and carry on the good he put out into the world.
Family and Friends gathered and remembered the love Luis shared during a Visitation and Celebration of his life on Thursday, November 10th from 5 pm – 7 pm. From The Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco and Sons Memorial Chapels, located 773 Moody Street Waltham, MA. Parking Attendants were on duty. Luis’s Burial will take place at a later date in Santiago Chile.

Gracias a todos por venir, trataré de ser breve. Es genial ver a muchas de las personas en las que
mi padre ha tenido un impacto. Mi padre no fue un hombre perfecto, tuvo defectos, a pesar de
eso todavía me siento agradecido y afortunado de haberlo tenido como mi padre. Siempre se
aseguraba de hacerme saber que me amaba y que estaba orgulloso. Eso es todo lo que realmente
puedes pedirle a un padre. Y lo demostró haciendo siempre esfuerzos para apoyarme a mí y a
mis pasiones. Él me proporcionó herramientas que tuvieron un profundo impacto en mi vida. Mi
padre es una de las razones por las que amo tanto las películas. Así es como él y yo nos unimos.
Me entristece que él no estará presente para ver lo que espero lograr y que no estará presente
para ver a mi hermano convertirse en la persona maravillosa que sé que será. Debemos estar
agradecidos por los buenos momentos que tuvimos con él y continuar con el bien que puso en el
mundo.
