Denise S. Johnson
Of Waltham, passed away unexpectedly early Friday morning September 10th, 2021 in Newton - Wellesley Hospital at the age of 54.
Born on August 17, 1967 in Waltham; daughter of the late Maurice and Rena (Pelletier) Johnson. Denise was a lifelong resident of Waltham.
A graduate of Waltham High School with the Class of 1986; she had been employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Maristhill Nursing Home & Rehabilitation in Waltham for several years.
Denise is survived by her loving daughter Gina Castillo USA and her husband Junior Castillo USA of Kansas; her step-son Frank Dalo Jr. of Waltham; her loving and devoted companion of 28 years Frank Dalo; and her dear siblings Mark Johnson and his companion Carol Smith of Uxbridge; Susan Quinlan and her husband Brian of Sandwich; Sandra Johnson-Quinlan and her husband Robert of Hudson; and Anice Soucy and her husband Gillis of Shirley. In addition she is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are welcome to gather and celebrate Denise's Life to remember the love she shared with those she touched at a Funeral Service in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons Memorial, 773 Moody Street, WALTHAM on Friday afternoon Sept. 17th at 1:30 p.m. Visitation will be held prior to the Funeral Service in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons from 12:00 - 1:30 p.m. Parking Attendants will be on duty.
