Obituary for Phyllis L. "Dolly" Taranto
Of Waltham, passed away peacefully Monday evening July 11th, 2022 at Maristhill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Waltham at the age of 83.
Born on March 23, 1939 in Waltham; beloved daughter of Frank Taranto and Rita (Johnson) Taranto.
Dolly had been employed at the Digital Corporation for over 20 years.
She was a talented seamstress; in her spare time she enjoyed sewing and making clothing.
Dolly is survived by her devoted & loving siblings Anna May Shaw of California; J. William "Bill" Taranto of Waltham; and Frederick "Butch" Taranto of Holliston. In addition he is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
She was predeceased by her dear siblings Jacqueline, Elizabeth, Richard and Philip.
Family will gather privately for a Graveside Funeral Service to celebrate Dolly's life and remember the love & friendship she share with others at Mount Feake Cemetery in Waltham.
