Eli "Danny" Rosado
Of Waltham, passed away peacefully early Tuesday January 26th, 2021 at Saint Elizabeth's Medical Center in Brighton after complications due to Covid-19. He was 48.
Born on May 18, 1972 in the Bronx section of New York City; beloved son of Marta L. Rosado and the late Merced Rosado Jr. Danny resided in Waltham for most of his life.
Dan graduated from Waltham High School with the Class of 1991; he had been employed in the Customer Service, hospitality food & beverage industry throughout his life. Danny was a diehard and passionate fan of the Boston Bruins, Red Sox, Celtics and NE Patriots.
His family and his friends were always first and foremost; he was loyal, generous, kind, and caring. He cherished the time and special occasions he spent with everyone. He had a way about him, that he lit up a room when he walked in with his personality and humor. Danny was always making his friends and family laugh. He will be missed dearly by those that had the privilege of knowing him and calling him a friend.
He is survived by his beloved mother Marta L. Rosado and his Step father Juan Alvarez of Kissimmee, Fl; his cherished children Dante Cameron Rosado; Halle Alexandra Rosado; and Danielle Marie Rosado; as well as his former wife Marie Bentley. His dear Brother David Rosado and his wife Kristen Rosado of Waltham Ma, and His sister Lydia Rosado Fernandez and husband Francisco Fernandez of Kissimmee, Fl; his devoted grandmother who he visited often, Lidia Pacheco; his adoring nieces Kristalyn Fernandez , Melanie Fernandez, and Samantha Rosado. In addition he is survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles and close friends.
Out of genuine concern for those we love and care so much about, funeral services in celebration of Danny's life will be held private at this time. We hope to gather in the future to honor and remember the love & friendship Danny shared with those he touched in a public service when social distancing guidelines allow
