Rosemarie Desmornes (née Delpeche) went to be with the Lord on December 21, 2020.
Rosemarie was born on July 12, 1949 to the late Noster Delpeche and Vella Joseph-Delpeche in Port-au-prince, Haiti.
Rosemarie immigrated to the United States in 1998, and later settled in Waltham, MA. She loved going to church and spending time with her family. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She was predeceased by her brothers, Robert Delpeche and Renald Delpeche.
To cherish her memory, Rosemarie is survived by her husband of 51 years, Alix Desmornes. Six children Marie Dominique Desmornes, Ralph Desmornes, Fabiola Gelin, Farah Blaise, Alix Desmornes Jr and Djery Desmornes. 15 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She is also survived by brothers and sisters Frantz Delpeche, Daniel Delpeche, Joel Delpeche, Marie Marthe Delpeche and Joceline Delpeche, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
For the safety of those we love and care about during this difficult time, and for those who wish to pay their respects to Rosemarie and the family can do so in accordance with CDC, Federal, State and Local guidelines in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons Memorial, 773 Moody Street, Waltham, during Visiting Hours on Friday January 1st from 4 - 7 p.m.
Family & friends are welcome to gather and celebrate Rosemarie's life and remember the love she shared with those she touched at a Funeral Service in the Waltham Haitian Church of Nazarene,1450 Trapelo Road, WALTHAM on Saturday morning January 2nd at 9:00 a.m. Her burial will follow at Mount Feake Cemetery in Waltham.
