Of Weston, passed away peacefully but unexpectedly on Tuesday September 29th, 2020 in Maplewood at Weston at the age of 100.
Born on February 9, 1920 in Newton; beloved daughter of the late Frank and Antonette Cinelli. Susan was raised in Newton and had resided in Waltham for most of her life.
Susan had been employed throughout her life with Sears, Roebuck and Co., in the catalog division until retirement.
In her retirement she loved and cared for her parents; she also enjoyed taking care of her chickens and baking brownies.
She is survived by her devoted and loving niece Elaine Mogan and her husband Allan Mogan of Waltham; her nephew Phillip A. Ballo and his significant other Diane Rondeau of Waltham; her cherished grand nieces and grand nephews Melissa, Amanda and her husband John Bianchi, Angela and Scott Mogan, Julie and Phillip Ballo; her adoring great grand niece and grand nephew Ashley and Zack; and her cousin Sandra Azzalina and Sandra's husband David Querusio. In addition she is survived by other cousins and extended family who loved her dearly.
She was predeceased by her dear sister Louise Ballo just two weeks ago.
For the safety of those we love and care about during this difficult time, and for those who wish to pay their respects to Susan and her family can do so in accordance with CDC, Federal and State guidelines in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons Memorial, 773 Moody Street, Waltham, MA., on Monday Oct. 5th from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. A Funeral Service in celebration of Susan's Life will be held in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons on Monday at 12:00 p.m. followed by her burial at Calvary Cemetery in Waltham.
