Noreen L. (Chartier) LeBrun
Of Billerica, passed away peacefully on Sunday evening July 31st, 2022 in the comfort and care of her home with loving family by her side at the age of 72.
Born on November 28, 1949 in Waltham; daughter of the late Michael R. Chartier and Irene (Hall) Chartier. Noreen was raised and educated in Waltham; and for the past 21 years has resided in Billerica.
Noreen devoted much of her spare time by volunteering & helping different veterans organizations including the Vietnam Veterans and Disabled American Veterans associations. She had been a longtime member of the Shriners organization.
Family was always first and foremost to Noreen; she cherished the time spent with family, especially her grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband Michael W. "Fuzza" LeBrun in 2005.
Noreen is survived by her devoted & loving children Robert J. LeBrun and daughter-in-law Michele (Regan) LeBrun of Waltham; David LeBrun and his wife Jenet LeBrun and her child Lielani of Billerica; Heather Lyons and her husband Michael of Newton; and Steven James LeBrun of Billerica; her cherished grandchildren Alexander, Brennan, Nicolette and Brooke LeBrun, Michael and Leah Lyons; adoring great grandchildren Ava Catherine LeBrun & Hudson Grey LeBrun; and her dear siblings; Marianne Brandt and her husband James of Waltham; Michael Chartier and his wife Maureen of Waltham; James Chartier and his wife Kathy of Virginia; and Mark Chartier and his wife Kim of Philipston, MA. In addition she is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
Family and friends are welcome to gather and celebrate Noreen's life and remember the love and friendship she shared with others at a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday August 12th at Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted Church, 920 Trapelo Road, Waltham at 10:00 a.m. Burial with her beloved husband will follow at the Massachusetts Veterans National Cemetery in Bourne at 2:00 pm.
Those who wish to pay their respects to Noreen and her family can do so in the Brasco & Sons Memorial Funeral Home, 773 Moody Street, WALTHAM on Thursday August 11th from 4pm until 8:00 pm.
