Obituary for Raymond Earle "Ray" Barden Jr.

Raymond E. Barden Jr. 70,

Of Clinton, formerly of Waltham died Sunday at the Marlboro Hospice & Rehabilitation Center in Marlboro after a long illness.

Born in Waltham, he had lived here most of his life and moved to Marlboro for a period of time and then settling in Clinton where he has resided for more than 16 years.

He graduated from the Waltham High School and Bentley University. Ray was employed all of his life in the Banking Industry having worked through many mergers with Baybank and Bank of Boston and the Bank of America until his retirement.

Raymond served with the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Conflict.

Raymond was the son of the late Raymond E. & Alice ( Johnson ) Barden Sr., and the brother of the late Eleanor Pichette.

He is survived by his wife Theresa ( Barrile ) Barden and a sister Mrs Leonard ( Judith ) Hall of Marlboro. In addition he leaves many Nieces and Nephews.

Services for Raymond will be held in the Mary Catherine Chapel of the Brasco & Sons Memorial, 773 Moody Street, Waltham Friday morning February 7th at 12 Noon. Relatives & Friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting Hours will Friday morning from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon. Interment with full military honors will be at Calvary Cemetery, Waltham. Parking attendants will be on duty.
