Jean G. Comeau

Of Natick, formerly of Waltham, peacefully passed away early Sunday morning, December 22nd, 2019 surrounded by her loving family at Saint Patrick's Manor in Framingham at the age of 90.

Born on March 25, 1929 in Waltham; beloved daughter of the late Joseph L. Sheridan and Ann (Murphy) Sheridan, Jean was born, raised and educated in Waltham.  A Waltham resident for most of her life she moved to Natick 10 years ago.  

A graduate of Waltham High School with the Class of 1949; Jean was employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse at the former Waltham Hospital and Meadow Green Nursing Home in Waltham.

In her spare time she enjoyed crocheting; watching Western Movies on television and breeding Boston Terriers.

Jean's grandchildren brought her the most joy.  She loved being surrounded by her family.

She was predeceased by her brother Joseph Sheridan.

Jean is survived by her devoted and loving children; Eileen Comeau; Michael Comeau and his spouse John Castellino; Leonard Comeau and his wife Charlene; John Comeau and his wife Paula; Walter Comeau and his wife Monique; her dear brother Francis Sheridan; 14 cherished grandchildren; 3 adoring great grandchildren; and her nephew and Godson Donald Sheridan. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend a Funeral Service in celebration of Jean's Life on Friday, December 27th at 12:00 noon in the Mary Catherine Chapel of the Brasco &  Sons Memorial, 773 Moody Street, WALTHAM. Visitation will be held in the Chapel prior to the service from 11am - 12pm. Interment will follow services at the Mount Feake Cemetery in Waltham.
