Obituary for Stephen Zanco Jr.

Stephen Michael Zanco Jr. 91,

Of Pepperell, formerly of Waltham died suddenly Tuesday at his home.

Born in Waltham he was a life long resident until moving to Pepperell more than thirty years ago.

Stephen served with the United States Army with the 329th Boat Company during the Korean War time.

He retired from the Raytheon Company where he was employed for many years in the Shipping/Receiving Division.

After his retirement Steve enjoyed wood working and creating wood products and of course his gardening and his yard work in which he took great pride in doing.

He was the son of the late Stephen & Lucy ( Bonica ) Zanco, is survived by his daughter Diana Jordan with whom he made his home, Grandsons Daniel Jordan of Worcester, David Jordan of Millbury and Wayne Jordan Jr., of Framingham, his brother Anthony A. Zanco of Waltham and several cousins and extended family.

A Graveside funeral service with Military Honors will be held at Calvary Cemetery, 255 High Street, Waltham on Tuesday morning at 11:00 a.m. The Brasco & Sons Memorial, 773 Moody Street, Waltham will be assisting Stephens family with arrangements.
