Doris Margaret LeBlanc

Of Waltham, passed away peacefully Friday morning September 9th, 2022 in her home surrounded by loved ones at the age of 91.

Born on January 14th, 1931 in Moncton, New Brunswick; beloved daughter of Philip and Lena (Boudreau) LeBlanc. Doris spent her early life in New Brunswick before she relocated to the United States and settled in Waltham in January of 1963.

She worked various jobs including working for Waltham Supermarket in the Meat Department; the Polaroid Corporation in administration; and as an Inspector for the Reese Corporation until retirement.

Doris spent much of her free time with friends and family. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, baking and taking care of her beloved dog “Benjie”.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband Eugene J. LeBlanc; her loving son John LeBlanc; and her dear siblings Leo; Gerry; Theresa; and Aline.

She is survived by her devoted & loving children Walter LeBlanc and his wife Patricia of Dedham; Ivan LeBlanc and his wife Nancy of Wayland; Francis LeBlanc of New Brunswick; Pauline Pannella of Framingham, and Joanne Hodges of West Roxbury, and her dear sister Helen LeBlanc of Canada. In addition she is survived by 12 cherished grandchildren, 14 adoring great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren. In addition she is survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends who will miss her dearly.

Family will gather privately for a Graveside Service to celebrate Doris life and remember the love & friendship she shared with others at Mount Feake Cemetery in Waltham.
