Obituary for Maria F. DiGiambattista
Of Waltham, passed away peacefully on Monday April 15th, 2019 in Newton - Wellesley Hospital at the age of 70.
Born on June 1, 1948 in Moron, Venezuela; Maria was born and raised in Venezuela, she immigrated to the United States and resided in Newton for many years before moving to Waltham in 1995.
Maria was employed as an Aide at the Meadow Green Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Waltham for a period of time.
She was a devoted & loving mother to her husband, children and grandchildren throughout her life. Family was her central focus.
Beloved wife of the late Rodolfo Di Giambattista.
Maria is survived by her devoted & loving children Eros Di Giambattista of Waltham, Monica D. Clark of MS., Valerio Di Giambattista of Waltham and Adolfo Di Giambattista of Falmouth; and her dear siblings Josefina Conel, Rosalina and Tarcicio Mal Pica. In addition she is survived many nieces, nephews and her longtime companion.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Funeral Service in celebration of Maria's life in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons Memorial, 773 Moody Street, WALTHAM on Friday afternoon April 19th at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will be held prior to the Funeral Service from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
