I had the privilege and honor of working with Anne for over 2 years on a new show to WGBH called Born to Explore with Richard Wiese. Anne was amazingly talented, with a keen eye for detail and great editorial instincts. She pushed me to produce the best show every week. Every note she gave me meant another round of revisions, but I respected her judgment and she taught me much about the word of public television. Anne, rest with the angels.

I was lucky enough to work with Anne this past few years. I was brand new to television and really didn't know much about anything. She mentored me, encouraged me, and was always generous with her time. We travelled together a few times, and I am grateful to have had that extra time with her. She had a wonderfully dry sense of humor and easy manner. She was such a hard worker, managing dozens of projects all the time, but she wasn't the sort of person to brag about how busy she was. She also made work fun. She was serious, but never overly so. And I never saw her flustered, even when things would go wrong. It's impossible to believe that she won't be sitting at that conference room table at our next meeting. We will miss her so.
