Obituary for Sandra Ann Hough-Crane
Of Waltham, passed away peacefully Thursday morning March 28th, 2019 surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer in Newton - Wellesley Hospital. She was 72.
Born on February 17, 1947 in Waltham; beloved daughter of the late Alfred Crane and Josephine (Greenwood) Crane, Sandra was a lifelong resident of Waltham.
A graduate of Waltham High School with the Class of 1964, Sandra was employed as a Secretary throughout her life with various different companies in the Metro Boston area.
Her true passion in the life was being surrounded by her grandchildren. Sandra had a easy and gentle way about her always looking to give back and help others out.
Sandra is survived by her devoted & loving sons Jeffrey S. Hough and his wife Susan of Westwood and Robert S. Hough Jr. and his wife Leanne of Waltham, her cherished grandchildren Dominic, Jake, Julia, Jaclyn and Robert III, dear sister of the late Alfred W. "Allie" Crane, and loving aunt to Dawn, Pamela, AJ, Walter, Keith, Kevin and Brian. She is also leaves many close friends.
Relatives & Friends are respectfully invited to attend a Funeral Service in celebration of Sandra's Life in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons Memorial, 773 Moody Street, WALTHAM on Tuesday morning April 2nd at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Waltham. Visiting Hours will be held in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons Memorial on Monday April 1st from 4 – 8 p.m. Parking attendants will be on duty.
