Of Waltham, passed away Monday January 28th, 2019 at the Lahey Clinic Hospital in Burlington at the age of 78.

Born on May 10, 1940 in Waltham; son of the late John and Angelina (Creonte) Bonini, Dick was a lifelong resident of Waltham.
A graduate of Saint Mary's High School, Dick was employed as a software technician with Daymark Solutions until his retirement. After retiring Dick had worked part-time for the City of Waltham in the Traffic Department. He had been a cosmetologist by trade throughout his life as well.
Dick served his country honorably in the United States Navy during the Korean War.
Dick loved the outdoors especially boating and had a passion for fishing. He enjoyed the beach and going to Maine. In his spare time he loved to socialize and spend time at the Chateau Restaurant in Waltham.
He is survived by his devoted & loving children Richard J. Sebastian of California, Annmarie J. Macaluso and her husband Peter G. Nadeau Jr. of Holliston, Charles S. Bonini of Nevada, and his dear brother John Bonini and his wife Sylvia of Marlboro. In addition he is survived by many nieces & nephews.
Relatives & Friends are respectfully invited to attend Visiting Hours in celebration of Richard’s Life in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons Memorial, 773 Moody Street, WALTHAM on Wednesday Feb. 6th from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Services will conclude with United States Navy Military Honors.
