Of Waltham, passed away peacefully, Wednesday October 17th, 2018 at Care One of Lexington at the age of 81.
Born on December 3, 1936 in Boston; beloved daughter of the late John Nunnari and Marie (Santoro) Nunnari, Fran was raised in the South End of Boston and moved to Waltham at a young age where she resided for rest of her life.
A Graduate of the Girls High School of Boston, Fran had been employed with the Raytheon Corporation for 18 years before becoming an Administrative Assistant with Prudential Life Insurance Company for over 20 years until her retirement.
Fran had an incredible sense of humor and she loved to spend time with her family & friends. Affectionately known as "Button"; she cared for and treated her nephews & niece like they were her own children. She loved dining out and doing her crossword puzzles.
She is survived by her dear sister Joanne M. LeBlanc of Waltham, her Nephew & Godchild Kenneth E. LeBlanc Jr. of Salem, MA, her Nephew Christopher J. LeBlanc of Waltham, her Niece Michele LeBlanc of Newton, and her cherished great nephews Christopher M. LeBlanc and Matthew J. LeBlanc, both of Watertown.
Relatives & Friends are respectfully invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, in celebration of Fran's Life, at Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted Church, 920 Trapelo Road, WALTHAM on Friday morning October 19th at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Mount Feake Cemetery in Waltham.
