Sandra Ann (Zanghi) Lacharite

Of Ashland, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, early Saturday morning, June 30, 2018. She was 65.

Born and raised in Waltham to the late James and Rosalie, (Scichilone) Zanghi, she raised her family in Sudbury and settled in Ashland about 15 years ago.

Sandra worked as a Manager for Raytheon in Waltham for 19 years, and was also employed at Boston Scientific as an Executive Secretary. More recently she worked as a "Cast Member" at the Disney Store in Natick.

Sandra was a Disney fanatic. She traveled to Disney World at least 2 times a year. She enjoyed visiting Kennebunk, ME, but most of all loved spending time with her family especially her three granddaughters Kaitlin, Kailey, and Addison. She followed them on whatever they were doing whether it was Brownies, Girl Scouts, dancing, softball, or cheerleading.

She was the loving wife of the late Donald Lacharite.

Besides her granddaughters, Sandra is survived by her loving son Donald "Donnie" Bardsley and his wife Stephanie (Leydon) of Bellingham, her sisters Camille Giles and her husband Thomas of Natick, and Joanne Zanghi of Waltham, and her nephew James Zanghi of Waltham.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Visiting hours, Saturday, July 7, 2018, at the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons, 773 Moody St., Waltham, from 10 am to 12 noon with a Funeral Service in celebration of Sandra's life at 12 noon. Interment will be private. Parking attendants will be on duty.
