Obituary for Beverly Ann Scirocco

Bev passed away peacefully after a long illness at her home in Townsend, Massachusetts surrounded by her family.

Beverly was proceeded in death by her parents Clifford Stuart Weston and Marguerite Brown Weston of Medford, her sister Alice, her husband Dan, her son Edward, and granddaughter Ginamarie.

Bev is survived by her children Lynn, Denise, Nancy, Pamela and Daniel (and their spouses and significant others, all living in Massachusetts), as well as her sister Estelle Sennott of Arlington along with 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Beverly retired from Boston Children’s Hospital. She was a past president at VFW Post 1775 and life member of the Women’s Auxiliary in Arlington, a leader in the Massachusetts Association for Retarded Citizens, a volunteer at Bedford’s Edith Nourse Rogers Veterans Hospital, and a 1954 Graduate of Arlington High.

A deeply loving parent, Beverly had lived in Somerville Ma, Medford Ma, Arlington Ma, Townsend Ma, Green Valley Arizona, Calhan Colorado, and Florida. Beverly had deep faith, compassion, and a strong sense of self. We miss you mom, know that you will never be forgotten by us, as we carry your memory and compassion for others for the rest of our lives.

Relatives & Friends are respectfully invited to attend a Memorial Service in celebration of Beverly's Life in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons Memorial on Saturday afternoon January 20th at 12:00 p.m. Visitation will be held prior to the Memorial Service from 11:00 am to 12:00 p.m.

Donations and sympathies should be sent to Brascos Funeral home in Waltham Mass. Bev will be interred at the Townsend Cemetery after cremation as she wished, on a date to be announced after the winter thaw.
