Of Westford passed away at The Sheridan at Laumeier Park in Sunset Hills, Missouri. He was 83.

Born in Cambridge he was raised in Belmont by the late Gennaro and Ann (Tuccelli) Pennacchia. Daniel was a graduate of Belmont High School and Northeastern University. He spent some time in Schenectady, NY, and many years in Stamford, CT before moving to Westford several years ago.

Daniel worked as an Industrial Engineer for several companies including General Electric, Electrolux, and Pitney Bowes.

In his spare time, Daniel enjoyed listening to Opera and Classical Music, painting, and growing roses. He was a member of the Schenectady Rose Society.

He was the beloved husband of 54 years, to the love of his life, the late Roberta (Garrahan) Pennacchia, and brother of the late Mark Penachio.

He is survived by his loving children Daniel Pennacchio, Jr. of New Rochelle, NY, Robert Pennacchio and his wife Rebeca of Norwalk, CT, and Paul Pennacchia and his wife Kate of St. Louis, MO, his sister Regina Perrone of Belmont, and his cherished grandchildren Trey and Alex. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend funeral services from the Brasco & Sons Memorial, 325 Trapelo Rd., BELMONT, Saturday at 8 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Luke's Church, 132 Lexington St., Belmont, at 9 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Patrick Cemetery in Watertown. Visiting hours will be held Friday from 3 - 7 p.m. Parking attendants will be on duty.
