Martha M. (Jones) Cameron

Of Waltham, passed away, Thursday morning, December 28, 2017 at the Newton-Wellesley Hospital. She was 98.
Born and raised in North Ogden, Nova Scotia, Canada to the late John and Martha (Monroe) Jones, she was one of 13 children. She moved to Waltham almost 60 years ago.
Martha enjoyed playing BINGO, taking trips to Mohegan Sun, and entertaining. She was an avid Red Sox fan, and loved animals, especially her dog Sonny. She loved flowers and plants, and most of all she just loved life.
She was the beloved wife of the late Donald Cameron.
She is survived by her loving children Donald Cameron of Waltham, Jean Days of Deerfield Beach, FL, Archibald Cameron of Waltham, and Alexander Cameron of North Miami, FL, her brother Gordon Jones of Niagara Falls, Canada, and her cherished grandchildren Debbie Days of Billerica, Jim Days of Lighthouse Point, FL, and Don Days of Watertown, and her great grandchildren Danny Angelina, Ericka, and Callie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours at the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons, 773 Moody St., Waltham, Friday, January 5, 2018 from 10 to 11 a.m. followed by a Funeral Service in celebration of Martha's life at 11. Interment, Mount Feake Cemetery. Parking attendants will be on duty.
