Obituary for Albert W. Sarro

Albert W. Sarro
Of Shrewsbury formerly of Waltham, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday December 6th, 2017 in his residence at the age of 60.

Born on December 10, 1956 in Waltham; beloved son of the late Albert P. Sarro and Lena (Taranto) Sarro, Albert was a resident of Shrewsbury for many years.

Albert graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. He worked at Christmas Tree Shops and the Stop & Shop Corporation for many years.

In his spare time Albert loved baseball and listening to his favorite music artist Bruce Springsteen.

His greatest passion in life came from working with children and coaching the little league at Little Nippers Baseball. Albert's family was so very important to him; as a young man he took on so many responsibilities by helping care for his sister and mother. He was an amazing brother and protector of his family. He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his devoted & loving sisters Katherine Proulx and her husband the late Roger Proulx of Watertown and Victoria J. Corpian and her husband Gray Corpian of Marlborough, his brother-in-law David Barron of Worcester, his niece Christine Ann Barron of Westminster, his aunt Ann Lane of Framingham, and long time friend Bill Smith of Lowell.

Loving brother of the late Mary Barron and Sheryl Sarro.

Relatives & Friends are respectfully invited to attend a Funeral Service in celebration of Albert's life in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons Memorial, 773 Moody Street, WALTHAM on Thursday evening Dec. 28th at 7:30 p.m. Visiting Hours will be held on Thursday from 4:30 - 7:30pm.
