Wilfred LaJoie was born in Tupper Lake, New York where he was raised and worked through his childhood on the family farm and then left school in the 11th Grade to become a Lumber Jack, and then he heard the call from his Country and he joined the United States Army serving in Quam and ran cranes to off load Ships.

Wood Company of Watertown and Burlington after being there for 18 years. With his skills building him a reputation of his capabilities he was sought out by
people in need of his expertise so he began his own small business known as Willie’s Repair Service.
