LUCY MARGARET “MARGE” (PETERSEN) COUSENS
Of Waltham, passed away Sunday evening May 10, 2020 at the Newton Wellesley Center for Alzheimer’s Care after a lengthy illness. She was 85.
Born in Bedford she was the daughter of the late Julius and Lucy (Belcher) Petersen.
She is survived by her son Gary D. Walsh and his wife Lisa Walsh, her dear friend Neil McLellan, her grandson Gary D. Walsh, Jr. and her great grandson Jason Gagliardi.
Ms. Cousens was predeceased by her siblings Irene Anderson, Annie Lee, Marion Sevard, Alvin Petersen, Martin Petersen, William Petersen, Lillian Alden, Helen Schena and Edna Petersen.
Family & friends will gather to remember the love she shared for those she cared so deeply about at a Graveside Funeral Service in celebration of Lucy's Life at Shawsheen Cemetery in Bedford on Friday morning May 29th at 11:00 a.m.
