Obituary for Marvel Ann O'Hare
Marvel A. O’Hare, 85 a life long resident of Waltham passed away peacefully on Saturday February 06, 2021. In Newton-Wellesley Hospital.
Born to the late Francis and Marvel (Hooper) O’Hare on July 18, 1935 in Waltham, Ma.
Marvel learned early in life the practicality of a sound education and the determination it took to make dreams become a reality. Living a life of many facets, after graduating High School at Waltham High she attended the Prestigious Académie Moderne of Boston, where Marvel learned how to model and later graduated from The Suburban Business School. Combining both worlds creating a successful profession for herself, Marvel worked as a buyer and Executive Secretary for various companies throughout the Boston area for many years. She always had a love for The Arts whether it be from a piece of ceramics she created herself, a leisurely visit at an Art Museum or spending time at the beach, she saw and appreciated beauty in all things.
Predeceased by her parents, Francis and Marvel (Hooper) O’Hare.
Although she leaves no immediate relatives to mourn her death she is survived by a loving and faithful friend of many years whom she shared a special bond Aileen Ramos and a host of other friends.
Marvel, her smile, strength, motherly guidance, both inner and outer beauty will forever be missed.
Everyone who would like to gather and remember the love Marvel shared and the lives she touched are respectfully invited to her Graveside Services that will be held on Thursday September 23, 2021 at 11:00am in Mt. Feake Cemetery located, at 203 Prospect St. Waltham, MA. 02453.
