Of West Wareham formerly of Waltham, passed away unexpectedly Sunday June 17th, 2018 in his home at the age of 66.

Born on July 24, 1951 in Cambridge; son of the late Gene and Clara (Poillucci) Uberti, Jerry was raised in California and returned to Massachusetts in his early 20's and resided in Waltham for more than 30 years before moving to Wareham 5 years ago.

Jerry was employed with Autocrafts on the corner of Robbins and Moody Streets in Waltham for over 20 years. He was a "Jack of all Trades" and could and would fix anything.

Family was truly the most important aspect of his life. He enjoyed every moment spent with his family and friends. Jerry loved music, playing the guitar and woodworking.

He is survived by his beloved wife and soulmate for 37 years Lynne Marie (Mooney) Uberti, his devoted & loving children Jeff O'Neil and his wife Julie of Waltham and Sharonda Irving and her husband Jeff of Oklahoma, his cherished grandchildren Ryan and Collin O'Neil, Shaylee and Jayden Irving, and his dear siblings Nancy Ramunno, Jeannette Rice, Clare Herrera and Cora Procopia all of California, and Jim Uberti New Hampshire. In addition he is survived by many nieces & nephews.

Jerry was predeceased by his dear brother the late Gene Uberti.

Relatives & Friends are respectfully invited to attend a Funeral Service in celebration of Jerry’s Life in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons Memorial, 773 Moody Street, WALTHAM on Monday evening 25th at 7:30 p.m. Visiting Hours will be held in the Mary Catherine Chapel prior to the service on Funeral Service from 4 - 8 p.m. Parking attendants on duty.
