Condolences

Condolence From: Matt Woodruff
Condolence: I was very sorry to hear of Jim's passing. While I only knew him since I started with the City in Engineering in 2009, he was always a pleasure to have around our office with his signature sport coat, button down shirt, tie and, of course, his cowboy hat and cigar. He was an employee with the City since 1962 and well known by most of the contractors in the City as well as Utility companies as being very tough, but fair, in regards to his inspections of their work. While many of them, over the years, complained to me about his toughness, every one of them would also add, "I wish my town had a guy like that, watching out for the City." I will miss running into him over at Dunkin' Donuts in The Lake or when he would stop by Engineering just to say hello. God speed Jim and my deepest condolences to his family.

Condolence: Total Shock is the State we are in at the moment. Jim was like a Ray Of Sunshine whenever we met, Wonderful Man! We will really miss seeing His Smiling Face. Rest In Peace My Friend.
