Your great coffee tip

Dear Uncle Jerry,

Thanks for teaching me to mix cinnamon with the ground coffee before it brews, for that special restaurant flavor. I always enjoyed what you perc'ed and served me on Braeburn Road (maybe it was the company, too).

Ever since then, I've been spicing my own coffee this way at home. Years after learning how, I'll dedicate each morning cup to you.

Rest well, and savor. Wherever you are now, hope the java's just as good, if not better.
