Condolence From: Bob Marshall
Condolence: I had both the Honor and Privilege to know Dave since 1986 and consider him a friend. People could learn a lot they way Dave touched so many in the public safety sector. Some members of both the Waltham Fire & Police departments considered Dave to be one of their own. He will be missed, however his sayings will not be forgotten i.e Nit, Rubber Head to say a few.
