Thomas Maron Jr.
Of Norton, passed peacefully Thursday afternoon May 11th, 2017 surrounded by loves ones in his home after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 59.
Born on August 17, 1957; Tom was raised in Waltham, Watertown and Marlborough and had lived for a brief period of time in Norwood before moving to Norton for the past 18 years.
He was employed in various jobs throughout his life, mostly a jack of all trades. Most recently he was employed as a Real Estate Agent and had been the Manager for the Norton Mobile Home Park.
His true passion in life was motorcycles and for a period of time owned a motorcycle shop. He loved and lived life freely, he found that freedom with friends riding his motorcycles. Family and friends were the central focus of his life; being surrounded by people at parties meant the world to him.
Tom is survived by his devoted and loving soulmate Kathleen M. Dykens of Norton, children Corrie Maron of Framingham and Erica Maron of Boston, his siblings Dawna Maron of Townsend and Jacqueline Bryson of Pepperell, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends.
Son of the late Thomas F. Maron Sr. and Jean A. (Merullo) Hines and her husband Michael Hines of Nashua, NH and brother of the late Mark Christopher Maron.
Relatives & Friends are respectfully invited to attend a Funeral Service in celebration of Tom's Life in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons, 773 Moody Street, WALTHAM on Saturday May 20th at 12:00 p.m.
Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Waltham. Visiting Hours will be held prior to the Funeral Service on Saturday morning from 9 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
