Albo " Albert" D'Amore 99

Of Boston died Thursday March 16th at his residence in Jamaica Plain.

Born in Boston, Massachusetts he has been a resident of the Boston area all of his life.

Al was born with Multiple disabilities which limited some of the abilities many of us take for granted, but none the less, he was created with many talents which endeared him to all who befriended him and those whom he interacted with during his long life.

He developed an early affection for Mickey Mouse and Disney, and truly enjoyed his trip to Disney world which fulfilled one of his life long dreams.

Having been cared for his entire life by local ARC'S, and VINFEN, Albert wrote an article that was so appreciated by all his caregivers, that the agency published it in one of their publications for all to read and appreciate, all who cared for Albert developed an affection for him, and everyone described him as a man who did not have a mean bone in his body.

Albo was the son of the late Gennaro & Margaret ( Lombard ) D'Amore, and leaves no relatives.

A Service in Celebration of Albert's life will be held in the "Mary Catherine Chapel" of the Brasco & Sons Memorial, 773 Moody Street, Waltham on Thursday March 23rd at Twelve Noon. Interment will be private. Friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting Hours will be held in the "Mary Catherine Chapel" on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 12 Noon. Expressions of sympathy may be made in Albert's Memory to VINFEN "Recreation Fund" , 424 Jamaica Way, Jamaica Plain, Ma. 02130.
Parking attendants will be on duty.
