Of Waltham passed away suddenly and unexpectedly, Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. She was 43.

Born and raised in Waltham to the late Thomas and Maryellen (Gurney) Hyson, she was a lifelong resident of Waltham and a graduate of Waltham High School. Bonnie worked as a Nurse's Aide first at Waltham Hospital and then at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. She also worked for The Ride for several years.

In her spare time Bonnie enjoyed listening to country music, playing cards, and going for walks on the River Walk on the Charles River. She also enjoyed taking trips to Old Orchard Beach and most of all spending time with her family. She will be remembered by her family and friends as a loving and caring woman who had an infectious laugh.

She is survived by her cherished son Nicholas Hyson of Watertown, her brother Thomas Hyson of Wakefield, her sister Kathy LeBlanc of Waltham, and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend A Memorial Service in celebration of Bonnie's life at the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons, 773 Moody St., WALTHAM, Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 2 p.m.
