Margaret “Peggy” Marie Cogan, 81, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, the Second of February at Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers.
Born on December 8, 1935 in Newark, NJ of Peter and Margaret (Gillick) Cogan. A graduate of St. Bernard High School in West Newton, Peggy lived most of her life in Waltham, MA.
Peggy is preceded in death by her longtime companion, William Foustoukos. She is survived by John and Kim Foustoukos of Charlton; and Alex and Maggie Brobeck-Foustoukos of Salem, MA.
Peggy worked as a purchasing agent for Jarrell-Ash and Hologic and was active in the Waltham Business and Professional Women’s Club and Zonta International. Peggy loved to travel and her beautiful blue eyes sparkled when she shared stories of her trips to Ireland, her parents’ native home.
Peggy attended St. Charles Borromeo church where she sang in the choir, and later attended St. Mary’s Catholic Church and resided in St. Mary’s Apartments.
In addition to her strong faith and travel adventures, Peggy’s life was deeply enriched by her many friends. Peggy will be truly missed.

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, February 9, 10:30 AM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 133 School Street Waltham, MA.
