Condolence: I will miss my baby brother's wit, his feisty nature and his ability to tell a story so it came to life. I am comforted only by the knowledge that his is no longer in pain and is with the Lord whom he loved with all his heart. I love and miss you.

Condolence: At a time like this one realizes that there is so little of value to be said to the family. It underscores what I urge of everyone: each day do something you enjoy and make happy memories! I'll remember Phil's smiles as he complimented Pat on her cooking whenever he and my sister Ruthie would come for a visit; I'll think of their sense of adventure as they journeyed across country in a converted bus; I'll dwell upon his sense of humor, which was sorely tried by his illness.

His pain is over now, and ours will lessen with time and with God's help. We must be thankful for the times we enjoyed with Phil as we remember him so fondly. God bless you all.
