Of Waltham passed away unexpectedly, Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at her home. She was 54.
Born and raised in Waltham to her loving parents Esther (Cruz) and the late Antonio Santiago, she was a lifelong resident of Waltham.
In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoyed playing games, shopping, collecting masks and shoes, and loved perfumes. She will be remembered as a very loving and caring person with a great sense of humor, who loved to be with her family.
Besides her mother she is survived by her loving children Anne Marie Pierre-Charles of Malden, Edouard Pierre-Charles of Waltham, Priscilla Pierre-Charles of Waltham, Daniel Pierre-Charles of Waltham, Lindsey Pierre-Charles of Brighton, and George Pierre-Charles, Jr. of Waltham, and her brothers and sisters Violetta Bonilla and her husband Angel of Nashua, Luis Santiago of Holden, Barbara Santiago and her husband Pedro of Waltham, Maria Ramos and her husband Jose of Waltham, David Santiago of Milford, NH, and Sabino Aviles of Waltham. She is also survived by her 10 cherished grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend funeral services from the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons, 773 Moody St., Waltham, Tuesday at 9 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial in celebration of Elizabeth's life at Saint Mary's Church, 145 School St., Waltham, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Mount Feake Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held Monday from 4-8 p.m. Parking attendants will be on duty.
