Of Framingham, passed away peacefully early Monday afternoon Jan. 9th, 2017 in Saint Patrick's Manor in Framingham at the age of 96.

Born on June 6, 1920 in North Bergen, New Jersey; daughter of the late Bernard and Margaret M. (Carroll) Lynch, Veronica resided in New Jersey for most of her life before moving to Carmel Terrace at Saint Patrick's Manor in 2007.

Veronica was employed as an Accountant, Bookkeeper and Office Manager for the Toyoshima Corporation in New York for many years.

She had a passion for music , a love for singing and enjoyed going to the Opera.

Wife of the late William Doyle.

Devoted & Loving mother of Sr. Virginia Fornasa SMSM and Mary Eshelman both of Waltham and the late Anthony Fornasa. Cherished grandmother of Kerstin Eshelman, Daniel and Grace Fornasa.

Dear sister of the late Michael, Catherine, Margaret, Vincent, Nora, William, Bernadette, Eileen, Rosemary and Ann.

Relatives & Friends are respectfully invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial in celebration of Veronica’s Life in the Chapel of St. Patrick’s Manor Nursing Home, 863 Central St., Framingham on Thursday morning Jan. 12th at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will be held prior to the Mass from 8:30 – 10:00 a.m.

Expressions of sympathy may be made in her memory to the Marist Missionary Sisters, 349 Grove St., Waltham, MA 02453.

The Brasco & Sons Memorial Chapels of WALTHAM will be assisting the family with arrangements.
