Of Lake Mary, Florida & Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, passed away peacefully after a brief and courageous battle with Lymphoma on Sunday afternoon February 7th, 2016 surrounded by his loving family at Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston at the age of 29.
Born on September 3, 1986 in Newton, Massachusetts; Beloved son of Edward A. Aucoin of Lake Mary, Florida and the late Lynda (McLaughlin) Aucoin, Jeff was raised in Florida and had lived for a period of time in Texas as well as Wisconsin before most recently moving to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates for work.
Jeff was a graduate of Lake Mary High School with the Class of 2005 and furthered his education at Florida State University, graduating with a Degree in Business Management in 2009.
After college, Jeff worked with “Teach for America” helping disadvantaged students achieve their dreams.
In his professional career, Jeff was employed for the past 5 years as an Implementation Project Manager for EPIC Systems, a Healthcare software design firm.
Jeff loved sports and especially enjoyed following the New England and Florida State sports teams, but his true passion was traveling and enjoying life all over the world.
In addition to his father Edward, he is survived by his loving & devoted siblings Eddie Aucoin of Clearwater, Florida, Kristin Aucoin, Bryan Aucoin and Matthew Aucoin all of Lake Mary, Florida, his grandfather Neil McLaughlin and many dear aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
Cherished grandson of the late Beverly McLaughlin, Fred and Alice Aucoin.
Relatives & Friends are respectfully invited to attend a Memorial Gathering in celebration of Jeffrey’s Life on Friday, February 19th at 2 PM at the Lake Mary Community Center, 140 E Wilbur Ave, Lake Mary, FL.
