Of Weston formerly of Waltham, passed away peacefully early Tuesday morning March 24, 2015 with her loving family by her side after a long illness in Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge at the age of 77.
Born on July 14, 1937 in Waltham; daughter of the late Francis Kenney and Olive (Connelly) Kenney, Fran was raised and lived most of her life in Waltham before moving to Weston 8 years ago. She spent many summers as a child in Marshfield.
Fran attended Rosary Academy and graduated from Waltham High School with the Class of 1955. As a young woman Fran worked at the Garden Grove Apartments in Watertown. Fran was most proud of her job as a "Nanny" to the Maloney Family children for whom she loved and cared for throughout her life.
Her family was the central focus of her life especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed going out to dinner and loved spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years Daniel J. Vallucci, her devoted and loving children Mark D. Vallucci and his loving partner Crista Hilliker of Watertown and Maria Maxwell and her husband Michael of Wading River, Long Island New York, her cherished grandchildren Olivia, Melissa and Charlie, her dear siblings John Kenney of Waltham and Olive Harris of Weston. In addition she is survived by several nieces, nephews and her numerous friends.

Relatives & Friends are respectfully invited to attend a Funeral Service in celebration of Frances Life in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons Memorial, 773 Moody Street, WALTHAM on Saturday morning April 4th at 11:00 a.m. A Memorial Gathering to share remembrances with the family will be held prior to the service on Saturday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Parking attendants will be on duty.
